New vacation apartments right on the water with great riding area - also with guest boxes

Description
We have converted our former riding stable into 12 cozy and spacious vacation apartments in 2023/2024. All apartments and units have a terrace or balcony and are barrier-free. The upper floors can be reached via the staircase or the elevator.
In Metelen's forests and the Metelener Heide, there are miles of beautiful riding trails with great sandy tracks and lovely shady forest paths. You can start riding right from your doorstep.
For the horses, bright guest boxes are available, and during the day the horses can go out to pasture for a few hours or run in the exercise hall. An additional sand paddock is being planned.
After a nice ride, riders and horses can cool off in the lake right in front of the house or even go for a swim together :-).
For guests without their own horse, we offer various riding programs: the little ones can try their first riding attempts on very sweet ponies during pony rides. Those who already have some riding experience can optionally book arena lessons for their stay, and advanced riders who are confident in all gaits on the trail can book two- or three-hour rides through our beautiful riding area. These offers apply during the school holidays of North Rhine-Westphalia; additional riding offers are available upon request.
But of course, there are many other great ways to spend your vacation on our farm :-)
On the property, there is a nice playground, a soccer field ⚽️, a ping-pong table 🏓, and a fleet of vehicles 🛻🚜🛴🚘 for the kids, of course. Besides our horses 🐴, we also have dogs 🐶 and cats 🐱 at home, who always enjoy cuddles. A rowboat 🚣♀️ and a pedal boat are ready for leisurely rides on the lake.
Nearby, there are nice excursion destinations, and the mini-golf course in the Metelener Heide is just around the corner and well worth a visit, as is the NaturZoo Rheine and the animal enclosure in Saerbeck. For shopping, the Outlet Center Ochtrup www.mcarthurglen.com and nearby Enschede with its market days just across the Dutch border invite you.
