Together with Josephine Cyr, you will work from the ground and in the saddle on the foundations of fine communication: Through targeted mobilization, the horse is enabled to move individual body parts independently. Only then can correct flexions develop – the key to relaxation, balance, and a soft poll.
Lateral and straight flexions help release muscles, reduce tension, and prepare the horse both physically and mentally for harmonious cooperation. Building on this, we deepen the work with lateral movements in hand to specifically promote the horse's mobility, strength, and body awareness.
