Di-280 Separator Slurry Separator - IN THE COMPLETE SET
€12,960 · Wippenham
Description
The slurry is fed into the separator with the pump.
In the sieve drum, the liquid slurry runs through the sieve, while the solids are conveyed to the discharge by a rotating press screw.
A large cover is installed above the sieve for inspection and cleaning.
For easy maintenance, wear parts such as the sieve drum, screw and pump can be easily replaced to ensure long-term upkeep.
Technical details:
- Separator motor 5.5 kW

- 7m suction hose Ø 76 mm
- 5m overflow hose Ø 76 mm
- Mounting frame IBC container can be positioned under the frame
- Winch for pump
Features:
» 1-person setup in only approx. 10 minutes
» High throughput capacity
» Time and money savings - lowest power consumption approx. 9 kW/h
» Slurry volume reduced by approx. 15-30% - resulting in lower costs for storage and transport
» Significant odor reduction
» Lower energy consumption during pumping and conveying
» Throughput capacity raw slurry (1mm sieve installed):
- Cattle up to approx. 25 m³/h
The throughput capacity varies greatly depending on the consistency of the slurry!
Savings potential through slurry separation:
• Up to 20% volume reduction
• Less feed contamination on grassland and field forage
• More than 20% higher DM yields on grassland and field forage
• Up to 30% less NH3 losses during application (splash plate or near-ground)
• Lower homogenization effort
• Additional benefit: straw replacement for cubicles
Set up now and get started, save money and protect the environment – With the advantages of the DiKATECH slurry separator!
The raw slurry is separated into its solid and liquid components by the DiKATECH separator in order to make the best possible use of the decisive advantages of liquid slurry and solid components.
The liquid slurry penetrates the soil better, making the nutrients available more quickly and it can be applied without clogging.
The solid components of the slurry can be reused as bedding.
We are happy to advise you.
