Clean snow removal while protecting roads and paths is the requirement. Kugelmann snow plows are the solution. The cutting edges, optionally made of Vulkollan or steel, are subject to minimal wear. Unique is the solution of a completely closed clearing edge, which leaves no snow in the middle even in V-shaped blade position.
All adjustments can be conveniently controlled hydraulically from the tractor. The adjustment range of each wing is up to 30° forward and 30° backward.
The mounting triangle is provided with all holes for mounting plates, Weiste triangle, or standard three-point hitch. This is also where the pivot point for the hydraulic side leveling is located.
For high clearing performance, the cutting edges are inclined at 20° to the road surface.
Unique is the precise guidance through the sliding shoe placed close to the cutting edge. It supports smooth clearing performance and prevents the plow from bouncing on uneven surfaces. When the cutting edge folds back due to resistance, the sliding shoe also retracts and cannot be damaged. Height adjustment is done precisely with a spindle. The silicone block damping protects the entire frame and the tractor hydraulics. However, it always provides optimal pressure during clearing and immediately returns the cutting edge to working position after folding back.
