Open stable space available in new facility
€350 · Schwindegg
Description
We have spaces available in the large open stable, which will be expanded with a paddock trail over the course of the year. A 20x40 riding arena is also being built. A 15x30 indoor arena is already available.
A large, covered hay rack will be supplemented by another in the trail.
24/7, either hay or straw is available. There is always something to nibble on.
A 160 L self-refilling water trough is freely available 24/7. It can also be accessed from the pasture at any time.
4.7 hectares of pastures are available for the horses, accessible directly from the stable.
Tack room available, lounge, toilet.
Wonderful riding trails.
We are just starting this stable, so everyone can possibly contribute their ideas and be involved from the beginning. The horses receive all-round care. We are on site.
We also gladly help with training the horse or with small problems.
Feeding is done individually via feeding stations, and individual needs can be accommodated.
Unfortunately, covering geldings are not accepted. Horses over 1.60 m also need to be checked. Wonderful riding trails. Tack room available. If you like to do stable duty for a day, you can of course save on the price. Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Currently, a paddock box is available for one large horse or two smaller ones.
Location: 84419 Obertaufkirchen.
