Description
Four paddock boxes available, near Göttingen / Witzenhausen
Our paddock box stable is currently empty, all four boxes are available. Each box is rented individually. One box alone is just as possible as two for friendly horses or all four for your own small group.
The boxes
Large, bright boxes with a directly attached paddock. Through the open walls, the horses have visual and tactile contact with their neighbors. Adjacent paddocks can be opened so that two horses that get along well can stand together. The waterers are heated, a water faucet is available.
The stable is open on two sides and therefore has very good air quality. This benefits horses with coughs, as does the haylage we feed in winter. A different bedding instead of straw is possible and must be procured by yourself.
The box horses can go out to pasture all year round; the boarders manage bringing them out themselves.
Half board for €240 per month per box
The price includes straw from our own production, hay/haylage, feeding roughage morning and evening, and use of the entire facility. Mucking out is done by yourself.
The facility
All-weather riding arena (20 x 40 m) with floodlights, small lunging pen, horse shower, saddle racks, and parking spaces for trailers. The farm is idyllically and quietly located. The trail riding area is beautiful and starts right at the farm. We are about 20 km south of Göttingen, just under 20 km east of Hann. Münden, and about 13 km north of Witzenhausen.
Our stable community
We are a small stable community where we have fun and enjoyment with horses together and are happy to develop further for the well-being of the horses. In addition to weekly riding lessons, we therefore organize clinics of various kinds, in which everyone who feels like it can participate. Wishes and suggestions from the stable community are always gladly taken into account.
Someone who enjoys being with and around horses, can share in others' joy, appreciates open communication, and does not shy away from work fits in well with us, because where there are horses, there is always something to do.
More information at schroetershof.de. Viewing appointments gladly by arrangement.
