Content: The Biomechanics Behind the Exercises
- an exciting, much-discussed topic among us riders.
While riding, we gymnasticize our horses using various exercises such as circles, lateral movements, piaffe, etc.
But what actually happens to the horse during these exercises? Which exercise has which effect on the horse?
To be able to train our animal partner healthily, we need not only knowledge of the correct aids but also of the functions of muscles, joints, and co. in movement.
