For riders and trainers: Building trust, individual coaching, mental training
Fear while riding should not be a taboo topic. While as children we usually
master many adventurous situations without a care, as adults it often
looks different. In particular, fall experiences make us cautious, if
not fearful.
In this seminar, we dedicate ourselves to the fear of riding and the question of how
we can free ourselves from it to shape everyday life with our
horses with more joy. We examine the secure rider's seat and practice, in a
special fall training, the correct behavior to be able to react appropriately
in an emergency. Additionally, we learn strategies of mental training
to keep a cool head even in tricky situations.
