This year we are again offering one or two training positions for a horse keeper (m/f/d) specializing in husbandry and service at our riding pony marketing center in 34431 Marsberg. Our two current trainees are in their final year, and we would like to expand our team with one or two new trainees.
We are Germany's largest marketing center specifically for riding ponies, with monthly sales events. Your areas of responsibility include caring for our sales ponies, assisting with feeding and exercise, supporting our team at sales events, presenting young ponies and mares with foals for photo and video shoots, and helping with the inspection and maintenance of stables and pastures, etc. You will also gain insights into administration, marketing, and event organization. We are happy to support your riding development, and you can continue your professional path with us after the training.
Ideally, you already have basic riding skills and preferably experience with young horses. You must be of legal age and have a driver's license. A trainee-friendly accommodation within walking distance of the farm can be taken over!
We are a young, family-oriented team with long-standing employees and look forward to our new team member. You are welcome to complete an internship with us beforehand to get to know our team and our operation.
