Description
In the southeastern outskirts of Berlin, we are offering a separate stable wing for long-term rent. We are preferably looking for a professional riding or horse training operation. The stable wing directly adjoins an established breeding and rearing operation, which offers interesting synergies and opportunities for long-term collaboration. The backing of +/- five sport horses is possible and expressly desired.
The stable has 12 individual boxes, a tack room, a grooming area with solarium, and several assigned paddocks (approx. 5,000 m²), and is located on a private property. Electricity and water are available and can be billed based on consumption.
Pasture areas on the nearby stud grounds can be additionally leased by agreement. The shared use of a large indoor arena and the supply of hay and straw are also negotiable.
Quiet location with lots of greenery and very good trail riding opportunities in the surrounding forests, while also having good transport connections towards Berlin.
No rental to classic boarding operations or riding schools.
The price is exclusive of VAT.
Location: southern outskirts of Berlin / Heidesee municipality. Further information available upon serious interest.
