we are currently tenants of an equestrian facility in northwestern Lower Saxony, roughly between Bremen and Osnabrück. The facility is for sale. The owners have agreed that we may look for interested parties who will take over or continue the existing lease.
The property includes an older residential house with two residential units, barn, hall, stables, open stable, outbuildings and pasture land. The purchase price is €650,000. The facility is in need of renovation but offers diverse usage possibilities.
We are looking for interested parties who agree to take over the lease.
Shared use of stables and pastures could also be possible by arrangement – perhaps this will create a real win-win situation.
The residential unit currently used by us is also part of the lease and must continue to be available.
We would be happy if you briefly tell us what use you are planning for the property.
Riding and training operations are not desired; private use is preferred.
The facility is also interesting for non-horse owners, due to many outbuildings.
