Southern Spain. Horse Farm and Country House
€500,000 · Negotiable · Castaño Del Robledo (Poblado)
Description
After much deliberation, we have decided to sell our farm.
We are located in southern Spain. Province of Huelva. One hour by car from Seville airport. 50 minutes from southern Portugal. We are situated in the heart of the Sierra De Aracena Natural Park. One of the most beautiful natural areas in Andalusia. Surrounded by mountains, rivers, many trails, etc. Our weather is simply different and special in Andalusia. The summers are cool and far from the unbearable weather in Seville. Our villages are small. Most of them have fewer than 1000 inhabitants.
Our farm is divided into two different plots. On the right side of the road is the horse farm and on the left side a beautiful country house.
The farm is approximately 10,000 square meters. It has five paddocks. 20 boxes. Indoor riding arena. Outdoor riding arena.
A meeting room. A bathroom. It also has a tack room. Electricity, well with plenty of water. Three large grain silos with a capacity of 15,000 kg each.
There is also the possibility to build a large outdoor riding arena.
Easy access for large trucks.
It has a license for keeping an unlimited number of horses and a license as a dog breeding facility.
Two very important licenses to consider.
The country house is a renovated farmhouse with rooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, in a large green area. Large stone walls. Electricity and well. It preserves the essence of the old Andalusian style. We usually rent this house for holidays.
