Description
Beautiful as an English engraving. This highly elegant son of Escolar from the exceptionally versatile Oldenburg performance line of Adia II impresses with an outstanding arrangement of basic gaits. After his absolute gala performance at his licensing in 2021 in Westphalia, this brown eye-catcher was on everyone's lips.
The sire Escolar is one of the most established sires of all and worldwide caused a revival of the almost forgotten but extremely valuable E-blood of his ancestors Ehrensold and Ehrentusch. Under riding master Hubertus Schmidt, Escolar is part of the German Olympic squad and has placed multiple times at German Championships. At three and four years old, he was the Riding Horse Federal Champion; at eight, he placed second in the final of the Nuremberg Burg-Pokal. More than 35 sons have been licensed, including the premium stallion and dressage horse World Championship silver medalist Escamillo. Among his sport-successful offspring, the Federal Champion and dressage horse World Championship third-place finisher Eternity stands out.
The dam Diva de Luxe has already produced the M-level dressage horse Le Renard (by Livaldon). She is a full sister to the licensed stallion Dynasty VDL.
The damsire Dimaggio placed fourth in the Riding Horse Federal Championship in 1999 and became World Champion of five-year-old dressage horses in 2000 in Arnhem/NED. He then went on in sport up to Inter I. Among his most successful offspring are Duke of Britain/Frederic Wandres, Discovery OLD/Heiner Schiergen, and the team Vice World Champion Half Moon Delphi/Michael George Eilberg/GBR.
In the third and fourth positions in the pedigree follow Wolkentanz II and Corde.
The third dam Annika is also the third dam of the international Grand Prix dressage horse Sir Stanley W (by Stedinger)/Charlotte Lenherr.
From the mare line also the licensed stallions Contango (by Contender), Argo-Conti Tyme (by Argentinus; successful at international Inter I), Chacco's Rubin DSF (by Chacco-Blue), Colandor (by Concetto), Freddie Mercury (by Fidertanz), or Lord Calador (by Lordanos). As well as numerous sport horses in dressage and jumping: including Santander T (Inter I), Sommersby (1.40 m jumping), Lion D'or (international 1.40 m jumping), Russell (S-level dressage), Dana (Inter I), Landjego 6 by Lamentos (1.40 m jumping), Carthagena (1.35 m jumping), Contendra JM (1.40 m jumping), Konstanze (international 1.45 m jumping), Lillith (1.40 m jumping), Carla Bruni R (VS international CCI 3*-S), Alicia D.R. (S-level dressage), Lord Ludwig (1.40 m jumping), Cea (1.40 m jumping), Sancho (international 1.45 m jumping).
