Description
The handsome, 15-year-old Hungarian Warmblood gelding (height at the withers approx. 160 cm) Luxi found his way back to us at the horse shelter due to personal circumstances and is now waiting for his very own special person.
Luxi is a very uncomplicated, people-oriented, and dear fellow who charms everyone in no time with his beautiful appearance and extremely friendly nature. He is always well-behaved and very patient, loves discovering new things, and enjoys showing what he's made of during groundwork. Unfortunately, Luxi was diagnosed with kissing spines and bone spavin some time ago, which is why he is not suitable as a riding horse. However, the cheerful fellow is always up for long walks, challenging groundwork, and leisurely carriage rides!
At the horse shelter, we are currently working intensively on building up his back muscles – this should continue to be consistently monitored in his new home as well. Otherwise, Luxi enjoys excellent health and is up for just about any fun. For his great happiness, he is only missing an experienced horse person by his side who communicates with him clearly and without pressure, gives him security, and guides him through life with loving consistency.
He is also very uncomplicated and compatible with other horses, making him the best pasture companion you could wish for. Luxi is rather low in the hierarchy and would like an open stable with a small herd or a night box with a daytime paddock in his new home.
