Description
The name of his namesakes Raimondo and Piero D'Inzeo conveys personality, style, and legendary course atmosphere: D'Inzeo was the "winner of hearts" at the Zweibrücken licensing in 2009.
As a premium stallion, he left the "city of roses and horses" and caused a stir in the hippological press: Large and significant, with much harmony in his body, he embodies the ideal image of a future main sire. Particularly remarkable is his temperament: always composed and in control. Over jumps, D'Inzeo meets the highest demands in terms of ability, technique, and manners, which is clearly outlined by his first-class pedigree.
His sire Douglas is internationally successful in show jumping and carries jumping blood of the finest sort - through the world-renowned top sire Darco as well as through his Holsteiner ancestors on the dam's side. The damsire Heartbreaker himself was internationally successful with Peter Geerink. In Belgium and Holland, Heartbreaker leads the breeding value index list for "jumping." Heartbreaker's oldest offspring are now winning at Grand Prix level; the stallion received the 'keur' predicate in 2004. In the third generation stands Voltaire, who was successful for years with Jos Lansink in international show jumping for the Netherlands. D'Inzeo completed a first-class 30-day test at the Zweibrücken State Stud in 2010, where he - as expected - received top marks in jumping. In 2011, he naturally achieved wins and placings in young horse jumping classes A and L. In 2012, he dominated with Frank Lugge in young horse jumping classes up to M* with scores up to 8.9 and participated in the World Championship for Young Jumping Horses in Lanaken! In 2013, in addition to wins in young horse jumping classes M** (score: 9.4), first wins in jumping classes M* and M** were achieved. All dreams were confirmed in 2014. Used sparingly, he achieved top placings in S* and S** in his first season over 140cm with his regular rider Frank Lugge. His foal crops delight experts with modern, long-legged, typey, and movement-strong offspring. And: all in dark coats!
