Description
On behalf of the breeder:
Tesoro Primero…
…is a compact, strong colt foal – the heart of any connoisseur and lover of the pure Spanish breed beats faster here. His character is extra classy: self-confident, very calm and people-oriented, while always being well-behaved and respectful in handling.
This model student has mastered the foal ABC perfectly: he leads on a halter, allows grooming and bathing, gives his hooves, and stands quietly tied up, even without his mother. He is fed age-appropriately according to German standards and receives, in addition to high-quality hay and concentrate feed, LEXA Junior Mineral as well as a bone-building supplement.
Primero knows individual paddock and pasture in a herd setting, as well as a stable, riding arena, and round pen. He joins in on trail rides with his mother. Living on the farm, he has contact with many other animals such as dogs, cats, cattle, and sheep, and is not afraid of loud machinery like excavators, tractors, lawnmowers, and the like.
An exceptionally high-quality foal that has grown up under the best conditions and comes from remarkable dressage lines!
Of course, this "first treasure" has full ANCCE papers. His pedigree traces back to excellent lines. His sire, "Trovador de Vara II," has a height at the withers of 1.68m; his dam, "Roseta del Jarama," is a dun mare, measuring 1.59m, owned by the breeders and can be viewed on site. Roseta is an absolutely reliable leisure partner, trained to a solid level in dressage. Trovador achieved successful placings in dressage tournaments; his line also traces back to two great sires such as "Afanoso VIII," "Digital," as well as the calificado-approved stallion "Zurcidur IX" and the calificado-approved mare "Jalea XXXIII."
Naturally, Primero has been accompanied by a veterinarian since birth, microchipped, regularly dewormed, and presented to the farrier. From day one, he has been accustomed to humans, which will have an extremely positive effect on his later life. It goes without saying that he will only be weaned at six months at the earliest. In pictures seven and eight, he is shown with his mom, when he was eight weeks old.
