Description
Puskas de Susaeta…
…is our absolute superstar! He is an outstanding and very talented dressage crack, currently at the Intermediaire B level. From the very first moment, he impresses with his presence, his first-class exterior with an excellent topline and enormous shoulder freedom. He also captivates with his special, multi-layered character. Puskas likes to be number one and wants undivided attention – he is looking for a worthy dance partner.
***Puskas has currently won at Intermediaire B***
This licensed Pura Raza Española stallion works under a professional at the highest level, but can just as easily be ridden by young people and in lessons at high levels. We appreciate him for his nerve strength, honesty, and fairness towards weaker riders. As a teacher, this horse is priceless, because he holds a mirror up to his rider in every single moment.
Particularly noteworthy is his outstanding rideability, which makes the heart of any dressage rider beat faster. He is ridden to the point with excellent impulsion in the trot, which has a pronounced suspension phase. He masters piaffe and passage to perfection, as well as all lateral movements in all gaits, canter pirouettes, and flying changes up to tempi changes. He also shows an impressive Spanish walk, natural passage on the lunge, and is highly trained in groundwork/liberty work. Last year, he participated in a Working Equitation course under Eduardo Almeida. The WE obstacle course is as familiar to him as work with the garrocha. He was worked on this in earlier years and ridden one-handed. He clearly takes great pleasure in dancing with flying changes under and with the garrocha, drawing all eyes to him.
Without a doubt, he is an exceptional talent who, with his pride and magnificent charisma, cannot be found a second time!
Puskas is foundation-licensed with a licensing index of over 110 and comes from the best lines (Yeguada Susaeta, Benitez, Bohorquez). As the spitting image of his world-famous father, the elite stallion "Impaciente II", our dressage crack leaves nothing to be desired.
With other horses – including mares – he is absolutely unproblematic and prefers to keep to himself. Of course, he is dewormed, vaccinated, osteopathically checked, and has been regularly presented to the farrier (currently shod in front). He is cleared for export to America and has all the required tests for this.
From this spring 2026, Puskas will also be available as a breeding stallion in Spain!
