Description
This purebred Menorquin filly looks like a yearling, but was only born in early 2026.
I have rarely seen such a large foal that is also correctly built, and horse connoisseurs will delight in her long, clean legs, which are also strongly fetlocked. Without a doubt, she will become a mare around 170 cm, as many of her ancestors are, and her structure indicates that she will be "healthily large."
She was born, typical for Menorca, out in the field and has been accustomed to absolute hardy keeping since her first minute of life. Be it storms and heavy rainfall in winter, frost, or the exceptional heat this year. Despite her hardy lifestyle, she is very people-oriented and is treated affectionately by the breeder, who never spares cuddles. Together with a friend, she has now been weaned and halter-trained. The breeder spends a lot of time with her, and she can even do some lunging on the halter. Although it's not about exercise, she has already learned perfectly to respond to human body language and voice.
In her lineage, we find top-quality representatives of the breed from old lines that stand for enduring horses. She is completely black, without white markings, and has a very good shade of black! For breeders, she is therefore very interesting, as movement, size, loving character, and genetic quality will make her a high-quality dam.
For those who later want her as a riding or driving horse, many disciplines are open, with dressage-oriented riders in particular taking great joy in her.
She is currently on Menorca!
Videos and pedigree available upon request.
I am happy to arrange an on-site foal PPE, transport, or your trip if you want to come see her in person. Details are available on my website or in conversation.
