€1,000 · Euskirchen
Description
We present to you the wonderful and successful Gnýr frá Árgerði.
Gnýr came to the continent as a participant in the Nordic Championships in Sweden and, by a lucky coincidence, found his way to us at Recherbusch in early 2019!
In Iceland, Gnýr already has a number of offspring, not least because of his FIZO Elite rating!
Particularly noteworthy are the scores of 8.5 for proportions such as mane and tail, as well as for pace and character and willingness to move.
This black horse also impresses with its own athletic achievements: His specialty is the rein-back, so that in the T2 tölt competition he has already achieved overall scores of up to 7.20! In the junior class, he has been a successful participant in the Íslandsmot several times. He impresses not only in the T2 but also in the five-gaited (A-Flokkur and F2) and in pace racing.
He collects points not only with his tölt, but also with fast and secure pace, lively trot, secure canter, and especially with the walk, which he presents with much expression and long strides.
Gnýr is by Týr frá Árgerði (FIZO total 7.73 as a four-gaited horse), a son of Roði frá Múla, recipient of the first prize for offspring (FIZO total 8.07). On the maternal side, Gnýr traces back to Stígandi frá Sauðárkróki (FIZO total 8.15), one of the few stallions to have received the honorary prize for offspring twice!
