Description
This wonderful stallion, with great lines, already proved his strength of character and rideability during the 70-day test in Münster, which distinguishes him to this day. In the jumping sub-index (123 points), he impressed with an excellent 4th place.
Larson is particularly inbred to his outstanding maternal line. The line of Alme'Z and the great Holsteiner sire Cor de la Bryère were combined multiple times. As a result, Larson's pedigree was rounded off with willingness to perform and toughness. Bred directly from the excellent and probably best-known Holsteiner dam line 776 (line of Ramiro and numerous international show jumpers), Larson is an absolute asset not only for Westphalian breeding. Larson's sire Lordanos is currently so relevant that any explanation is unnecessary.
Larson's granddam U-Classic won several S-level show jumping classes herself; she also produced Hepbrun, who was victorious under Dirk Ahlmann in international difficult jumping classes, and who in turn is a dam of a stallion. Larson was a series winner in show jumping horse classes of levels A-M, qualified for the Bundeschampionate, and was immediately victorious at the difficult level. At Equitana 2007, he confidently won the S-level jumping class Honda-Top-Genetics for licensed stallions.
Larson proved to be very dominant in passing on his traits. All offspring are highly modern, long-lived, uphill, and equipped with beautiful faces. Strength of character, movement, and rideability: Larson impressively passes on his qualities to his children. His offspring are victorious in all training as well as in dressage, eventing, and show jumping classes and successful up to S** show jumping, also internationally victorious under their rider Andrea Hoppe, Livius Spr Kl S** under Hubertus Kläsener, Laconda placed and victorious under Richard Trippe up to S** show jumping, as well as St. Pr. St. Lights on Me under Heiner Rohmann, Laconda under Hubertus Vollmers, Lillyfee under Herman Ostendarp successful in S+ show jumping. Larson's daughter Lambada placed fourth at the Westphalian Championships, in the final of the Westf. Nachwuchschampionat Junioren Springen, with her only 14-year-old rider Jana Rohmann; the two participated in the German Championships and are successful in M-level show jumping. Also successful under Jana Rohmann is Larson's daughter Lykke Li; the two won the silver medal at the Westphalian Youth Championships.
