For sale is a quality four-year-old DSP mare with an interesting dressage lineage and three very good basic gaits.
During her studbook entry, she was already able to demonstrate her movement quality and received a score of 8.0 for walk, trot, and canter.
The approx. 1.62 m tall mare was out on pasture again over the summer and is currently being gently reintroduced to work. She brings temperament, quality, and an interesting foundation for further dressage sport, but requires an experienced and empathetic rider for her further development.
She is not a beginner's horse. The mare is sensitive, sometimes demanding, and needs calmness, consistency, and sufficient time to build trust and unfold her existing potential. Therefore, we see her especially with a rider experienced with young horses, who enjoys sensitive and talented horses and can shape her further training without time pressure.
In daily handling, she shows herself to be very people-oriented and affectionate. At the same time, she currently still finds it difficult to adjust to changes and new environments. She needs calm, confident handling and sufficient time to gain trust and get used to new situations.
She gets along very well with other horses and can go to pasture with companions without any problems.
She is also interesting for breeding due to her lineage and good evaluation.
Due to a serious illness of the owner and breeder, a suitable new home for the mare is being sought promptly. A quick and uncomplicated transaction is expressly desired. Due to these special circumstances, she is offered at €8,500, significantly below her actual value.
Current X-rays are available.
Viewing by appointment at Gestüt Schorer.
