Stallion prospect by Diarado from a very good dam line.
German Sport Horse, stallion, Foal (03/2026), Dark Bay
€11,000 · Zossen
Description
Degenhardt is a very well-developed foal with plenty of spirit and presence. Tall, with a striking canter and overall very loose movement patterns. With plenty of type and charm, he has everything a stallion prospect needs.
His sire Diarado, an absolute top sire and leader of the WBFSH Sire Rankings for eventing, needs no further description here. Absolute exceptional genetics with plenty of charm and performance meet the Alpenblume dam line here.
Dam Carlottina H did not compete in sport due to an injury. However, with another top sire like Cornet Obolensky on the sire side, the genetic prerequisites are given to further enrich the dam line. Her dam, "Vrida H" by Viscount, traces back to the mare Charmaine H, who carries two exceptional horses in her pedigree: Chacco Blue and Argentinus. This is also shown by the performance of the full sister active in sport, Chatarina H over 1.60 m, or Collona H by Colestus or Mirjam by Mylord Carthago with successes over 1.40 m. Vrida herself is also successful up to 1.40 m under Rikke Heineking, which once again proves the performance of this dam line. This interesting sport dam line is rounded off by the Thoroughbred Intervall xx.
