Description
Rio – promising young stallion with top lineage and quality to become a stallion candidate
With WMF Rio, we present an exceptionally typey and promising foal stallion that leaves nothing to be desired, both in breeding and sport.
Rio is by our proven breeding stallion La Esperanza Palisandro, whose roots come from the highly successful Tape Isidoro. His dam's side also impresses: the Criollo line stands for quality and willingness to perform.
Especially noteworthy is his grandsire – the celebrated Stallion of the Year 2023 for sport performance, Surrender.
Even now, WMF Rio shows everything you could hope for in a future sport or breeding partner:
A stocky, strong foundation, strong and correct legs, and a harmonious, expressive exterior. His thick, impressive tail clearly reminds of his sire and rounds off the overall picture impressively.
But Rio convinces not only visually – his character also speaks for itself:
He presents himself as an agile, balanced, and extremely people-oriented young stallion who immediately delights with his charming nature.
WMF Rio is a true asset – both for ambitious breeders and for sport and leisure partners who value quality, charisma, and a reliable temperament.
The handsome young man was born on April 20, 2026, and can move to his new home after weaning.
