Ikarus du Issel
Camargue, stallion, 8 years, 144 cm, Gray
€800 · Wesel
Description
Delicate little stallion with wings,
Ikarus is a very spirited son of his father.
With the same worried expression in his eyes as Ufano, he likes to take a good look at everything first. Then to follow through with the things he has learned.
The horse is currently safely trained up to WE-A (won and placed). He already works well on cattle and we continue to promote him with joy.
He impresses with exceptionally good movements in dressage as well as dressage trail. However, he still appears a bit impressed at international tournaments. Which we think is good; he neither becomes cheeky nor overeager. He thinks and understands.
Visually, he takes after his grandfather Jouvas, and the floating movements probably come from the dam's side. Mother Tres Jolie du Issel is a super reliable mare in the field, at shows, on cattle. My personal life insurance, from which I should have greedily bred more foals. But since our horses are used for breeding at most every 2 years after completing their training, we have only had 4 of her wonderful foals so far. For the quality, unfortunately few, but for my attitude toward the horse, each one is a true gem.
We are curious where his training in the category of working horses / Working Equitation will go with this horse. Promising, sensitive, HOT. A little firecracker from the Camargue.
