UFANO DES ISCLES
Camargue, stallion, 18 years, 147 cm, Gray
€1,000 · Wesel
Description
Ufano des Iscles is an impressive, very strong Camargue stallion.
He was still licensed at the Mas de la Cure in the Camargue and imported by us in 2014. His licensing was confirmed by the Rhineland Horse Studbook for Germany, and he is said to be of great importance for German breeding.
His appearance is impressive. The 147 cm tall stallion is strong, has a very stable foundation, and is very balanced. A sensitive gentleman's soul, always very friendly to the mares. His composure is such that in the fall, with a young rider in a tournament, he flawlessly completed the WE-M without any war cries. A consistently steady willingness to perform characterizes him.
With us, the first foal is not only very promising and will remain as a candidate for licensing. His foals are gentle in handling; his son Ikarus was licensed with distinction as the best horse in category B NRW.
Ufano is trained in dressage up to S level, jumps clean flying changes of 2 and 3 strides, and is currently working on single flying changes. He shows piaffe and passage with engagement and correctness.
He works on cattle, flawlessly negotiates even demanding trail courses, and is fearless on the trail. At fairs and shows, he proves to be strong-nerved and very attentive to his herd. With his baroque mass, he is an impressive sight. Nevertheless, the horse is light on the aids, very willing, and agile.
His successes with placings and wins up to class WE-S confirm my belief and love for this extraordinary baroque fellow from the marshes of Mas des Iscles. He was a true gift for my 50th birthday, which I enjoy every day.
In the Camargue, he still has foals registered in the 2013 year.
We chose our "Brummer" primarily for our already very large broodmares to achieve a successful blend of beauty and original robustness of the Camargue horse.
Ufano is a horse that always looks somewhat concerned, works diligently, but is also determined when something is not correctly demanded of him. His character is very sound.
