High-class eventer in sight!
Future Perfect Pleasure (stable name Rupert) is a 4.9-year-old gelding. He is 71% thoroughbred blood and was Vice Champion at his AES approval. His excellence was shown in conformation and free jumping with an overall score of 8.13 (grade 1), with scores of 8.25 in jumping, 8.5 in canter, 8.25 in trot, 7.5 in walk and 8 in conformation.
His sire is Future Guilty Pleasure (Levisonn/Cantoblaco), a young stallion in the United Kingdom who was multiple AES Champion in Great Britain and stood out as the best breeding stock in the multidisciplinary British Futurity breeding tests over several years. He is extremely popular as a breeding stallion among top eventing riders at home and abroad.
His dam line leads to Herald 3 (Heraldik xx/Lorentz) from the breeding line of Future Golden Glove xx, who in turn descends from Hand in Glove xx, the sire of many excellent jumping and eventing horses, including the well-known son Jaguar Mail.
Future Golden Glove xx is also the dam of the AES-approved stallion Future Prophecy xx.
Rupert is very people-oriented, extremely intelligent, but also sensitive. He still needs a lot of patience and a slow, gentle introduction to sport. He is currently being trained by a professional event rider at a higher level and is considered a promising candidate for the upper performance levels in eventing.
