Description
This 2023-born, purebred PRE stallion (Andalusian with ANCCE registration) is a son of the multiple world champion FER BONACHON de Eda, and many of his features recall his world-famous father. But his mother is also a multiple award-winning, high-quality mare, with many breeding show successes and noble lines such as Plaza de Armas, Campo Bajo, Yeguada Militar (Cartujano) and Sa Sinia.
No wonder the charisma of this young stallion radiates the flair of a typical, classic Spanish horse. Fine head, Spanish expression and a spark of fire!
He has already proven his quality successfully at several breeding shows (in hand), even on Mallorca! So he knows how to travel and be in unfamiliar places with strange horses.
He grew up in the stallion herd in 24/7 robust keeping, which makes him very resilient and social. He always seeks contact as soon as he sees a new horse.
Under saddle, he accepts the rider better and better, and care is taken to keep his focus without overwhelming him. As soon as he accepts contact for a few strides, it is immediately released as a reward. He is slowly coming into bending, but is not overwhelmed there either, but gently introduced.
He is an ideal partner for those looking for a spirited partner who may need more time to successfully focus his energy on learning, but will certainly be tireless in his work.
He currently measures 162 cm, and he will still grow a few centimeters.
You can see a small spot on his right hindquarter – that happened when he was rolling as a youngster in the pasture, but it is purely a cosmetic trifle. As with any gray, I checked for visible melanomas and there are NONE!
He is kept in a paddock and a box, goes regularly into the horse walker, and is worked alternately on the lunge and under saddle.
Thanks to his trips to breeding shows, he is also very good at loading. He goes barefoot and, thanks to being raised on Menorca's stony ground, has very hard hooves!
For those for whom keeping a stallion is not possible, castration on site is an option.
His location is Menorca.
Videos and pedigree available upon request.
Price commensurate with quality.
I am happy to organize a pre-purchase exam, training, castration, transport or even your trip if you come to see him in person. Details on my page or in conversation.
