Description
DR Dressed In Chrome is a Quarter Horse gelding born in 2023 in the sought-after Bay Roan color. With a current height at the withers of approx. 156 cm, his harmonious build, and his great presence, he is a real eye-catcher. Mats is correctly built, has a good foundation, is evenly muscled, and has no markings. A pre-purchase exam is available. There is only a slight toe-out stance in the front, which has no effect on his nice, correct way of moving. Through his parents, he is 5-Panel n/n. The young gelding grew up healthy under optimal conditions and impresses with an exceptionally kind, people-oriented character. He is friendly, attentive, and very relaxed in daily handling. His high willingness to learn, his pronounced "will to please," as well as his motivation and willingness to perform, make him a promising young horse. Mats is always easy to regulate and approaches new tasks with calm and composure. He is used to the vet and farrier, loads well, and is regularly dewormed and vaccinated. He currently lives in an open barn but is also familiar with stall keeping. For optimal socialization, he lives in a herd with other horses and is used to daily turnout. He is also well acquainted with many everyday situations such as children, dogs, or tractors. Under saddle, Mats already walks and trots confidently. Work is currently ongoing on his suppleness and leg control. He is very willing to learn and continues to develop steadily. His first-class reining and all-around pedigree combines athleticism, willingness to perform, and a balanced temperament. He is a great mover with a lot of potential for the show circuit, but he is also suitable as a high-quality leisure partner. Additionally, he is already enrolled in the EWU Young Horse Program. DR Dressed In Chrome is being sold with AQHA papers and an equine passport. Whether as a future show horse or a reliable leisure partner—with his potential for the all-around classes and his exceptionally pleasant nature, this youngster is a true promise for the future.
