Description
The handsome Quarter Horse gelding In Like Feona, born in May 2019, is looking for a new home due to his owner's lack of time. The approximately 147 cm tall dark chestnut gelding is compact and correctly built, has a good foundation, and was allowed to grow up under the best conditions. He has been gently trained for over two years and, with his sire In Like Flinn (by Topsail Whiz) and his dam RS Balblair Jac (by McJac Flash), brings an excellent reining pedigree. Finn is a great mover, has really good stops, and is simply fun to work with. He is motivated, pleasant to ride, and always tries to do everything right. His super mind is especially nice. Finn is an incredibly kind, calm, and people-oriented gelding who is absolutely uncomplicated in daily handling. Under saddle, he is also well-behaved and reliable, making him suitable for less experienced riders with appropriate guidance. He also goes out alone into the countryside very relaxed and is sure-footed. He has already proven his skills in the show pen. He won the VWB Reining Open with a score of 71 and achieved 3rd place in the NRHA SBH Reining Open with a score of 70.5. He is also an NRHA USA Money Earner and nominated for NRHA Germany and Euro. Finn is ready to show and is suitable for both Reining Open and Non Pro as well as ranch classes. Due to his great character, he is equally a wonderful partner for leisure. The gelding is healthy, has never been lame or sick, is 5-Panel n/n, regularly vaccinated and dewormed, and is easy to shoe and load. He is accustomed to both open barn and box stall keeping, goes barefoot in front, and is shod with sliding plates on the hind feet when needed. A truly great, honest gelding with lots of quality, a super character, and everything you could wish for in a good reining horse. A nice home is desired for him where he will continue to be supported and bring his new owner as much joy. Directly from the breeder.
