Description
Straits Poco Sue is a beautiful Paint Horse mare, born in 2016, with a height at the withers of approx. 154 cm. She stands out with her exceptionally beautiful black tobiano coloring, is homozygous tobiano, and has a correct, compact foundation. In terms of character, she is a real gem—calm, affectionate, and very people-oriented. In handling, she always shows herself to be friendly and eager to do everything right. She almost seems like a children's pony because she is so relaxed and can be ridden by children without any problems at walk and trot. Sue was ridden by a teenager and has solid western training. She is safe on the trails and shows herself to be attentive and willing to learn under saddle. In canter, she can occasionally buck, which is why she needs an experienced rider who handles her consistently but sensitively. When worked correctly, she also proves to be well-behaved and cooperative in this gait. Unfortunately, she is currently underworked. She is healthy, regularly dewormed, well-behaved at the vet and farrier, and is familiar with both open barn and box stall housing. Her breeding qualities are also noteworthy: she comes from a good Paint Horse line, has already been a mother, and has taken up easily and foaled without complications. Her offspring have always been correct and promising. Since horse keeping is unfortunately being given up, a new, appreciative home is being sought for this wonderful, loving mare—whether for breeding, leisure, or both. Straits Poco Sue brings everything you could wish for in a reliable, friendly partner.
